I’ve had quite a few hard bails skateboarding and I am bruised and really sore all over especially my knees, shoulder and legs. I’ve been skateboarding straight for two days for about 3 to 4 hours.The pain isn’t much as when I am skateboarding I forget about is but when I am not I feel really sore. What can I do to reduce the soreness, preferably drug free.
Thanks for the answers so far, but I cannot really put ice packs on my legs, knees, shoulders, arms, thighs and hip.

I work at a skatepark in my town. We are going to have a competition! I need to get sponsors so i can get prizes like free skateboard decks or a few t shirts to give away. I live in a really small town and the local businesses are already having trouble due to the economy. How can i get sponsors from larger skateboarding companies? I’ve never had to get sponsors! I want this competition to be great!

Is casually wearing skateboarding sneakers bad for your feet or joints if you are a runner? ie. flat footed, no arch support, etc. I read in some blogs that they are designed specifically for skateboarding, which does not require the same amount of support for your feet (running and basketball sneakers in comparison assume you will have your body weight on one foot and provide better arch support and shock absorption for your feet and joints). Does anyone know if this is the case?
